Thanks to everyone that reached out. I reapplied for my kids and they did their bio on the 15th of September. Collection mail came on the 22nd and Vignette mail 23rd September 2023. God be praise. Hallelujah!!!

We went and the passport isn’t there yet after they checked. They said we should wait for collection mail.

Someone told me that it takes up to 10 days to get collection mail.

Please I'm confused and i need help, i requested for my official transcript and it was sent to a school, when i went to collect it, i noticed it was watermarked, but some saud he could help me remove the watermark which he did but i only have the pdf format of this, and i used to it to secure admission in a UK university. Now I'm wondering can i still presented the one without watermark during the visa application or i should submit the one that has a watermark or should i just request for a fresh one but i won't be given the hardcopy.
