Maybe you should go to any court in your city and ask if they know any notary public or better still google- notary public in owerri.

Ps: there are so many colleges and universities offering pre masters program that wont stress you out with notarised documents.

Please could you or anyone in the house suggest some institutions that offer a 2 year PGD in Accounting.

Pls I want to apply for a PGD program in Selkirk College but they said all my documents must be certified original by a notary.
Pls where can I locate a notary, I am in Owerri, I'm state.
