I believe that if you are caught with a phone in an Examination, you can be punished for examination malpractice even if you don’t use it. The same applies to Apple watches too. I think the rules are clear on that in Nigerian Educational institutions. The boys should be glad they aren’t facing the examination malpractice panel yet.
