A group of 75 Igbo slaves embarked on such heroic mission against the whites.... Dunbar Creek, Glynn county, Georgia USA..... A lot of historic facts are hidden....... People without the knowledge of their past..... May end up moving in circles or repeating mistakes... 2 Likes |

Sadly Nigerians are deliberately enslaving themselves in the year 2019! Some are still being captured and sold into slavery (as was done in the old days) while some unwittingly surrender themselves to slave dealers believing that they're going for greener pastures. History truly does repeat itself. History should be brought back into the school curriculum. It's necessary for children's balanced development. 2 Likes |

One would think a post like this that celebrates the bold & indomitable African spirit to hit Fp in a hurry. Alas, it appears that NL is only interested in topics that celebrate scandalous individuals or those that results in inter-party or inter-tribal fallouts amongst NLders! If u don’t know where ure coming from, how will u know ur destination? 1 Like |

vastolord4: The fact is most African Americans look like Igbos or Biafrans. Flat head, Hairy/thick hair, muscular, broad shoulders and chest, strong bones/sports, light in complexion, e.t.c. Yorubas and Hausa Fulani don't look like that. If you saw Lebron James in Nigeria and he wasn't popular, you may call him Uche or Ikenna. No way in this world will you call him Adewale or Usman because...they don't look like that at all! Same for T.I, Slim Thug, Jay Z, e.t.c. 4 Likes 3 Shares

melodyogonna: Because the rulers of the zoo and their sponsors abroad want you to see yourself as Nigerian (Nigger Area) and nothing more, god forbid Biafran (your true nationality)....... SO as long as you are dancing to Davido, going to Redeemed, and having beer in a Lagos parlor, then they will be happy that you have forgotten your heroic ancestors and their very able weave-less strong mothers.... 2 Likes |
