for kidney, avoid energy drinks, all of them, na caffeine them carry. Avoid hard drug,all of them. Drink plenty water too, so that your piss go white. If u drink less water, ur kidney go hold so many dirty like sponge, ur piss go go dey yellow or red. As for diabetes, avoid all unecessary sugar. All these soft drink, take them only when very very necessary, such as when u don over work, plenty sin don beat u. And na at most twice monthly, as we don grow, our body dey hold much sugar. Na agbero and people who use their energy daily dey take am, may be once in 3 or 4 days.as for liver, biko avoid too much alcohol at once. It's better to drink 2 bottles daily for 1 million years than to drink 1 crate at once and once weekly. All those ethanol spirit, run from them, like calydon, squad 5. Damn. Run.for cancer matter, all I know for now is don't smoke and avoid contact with harsh chemicals like depot, refinery, plastic processing plants for now

Who will arrest the lecturer that instruct the course rep to start selling books.
In Fed Poly Ilaro for example, no lecturer is allowed to sell texts to student, you take it to the school book shop, determine your price and sell, and you don't make it compulsory for students to buy, although some find a way to bypass the compulsion rule by instructing the class rep to collect all receipts details

I can testify to this.... books are only available at poly consult.
