Elections have always been glaringly rigged in Kwara in the past, impunity strived from the electoral process down to the judicial process.
I was a live witness to the Offa LG elections that happened during Jonathan's era! Offa is a town known for it strong alliance with what they tag as the progressives (Action party, afenifere, ACN, and APC).
ACN won glaringly, only for them to decide to announce the results at Ilorin ( then story changed).

This election result was compiled live at polling units, down to the ward level, and there was no issues. This is the most free and fair elections in Kwara in recent times.

An event that will hold between 11 & 13, you should know that there will different sessions.
Those two pictures are probably 2 different sessions. Macron n co are not in that other picture.
If presidency is actually hiding buharil or whatever the op claimed, all they need do is send a representative and not risk it all by lying that PMB is in france.

Compared to the picture where Buhari is addressing the dignitaries. They look like students with school bags, laptops and hand notes to jut down keywords from the speaker. Again, their seating roll seem to be elevated.

Look at the student chairs and chair colour, which is not white as compared to that of world leaders, then look at the floor and make your conclusion.


Finally, comparing the first and second picture where Jubril was standing beside a white man, where is the same white man in the first picture beside Jubril, going by the seating arrangement?
