I can't really justify the requirement for that feature. However, my new card has the feature immediately i transferred funds to it from my previous card.

To be very honest, that list actually does nothing for me and i do not think it should be updated. However going by my business principles, I am willing to send to anybody first on that list as it is a risk I can take. Aside from that, then I go by my rules of business.

I sincerely believe that if someone is well known and legit, people will be willing to vouch for that person, even to their last breath. This is the typical Nigerian style. Even in recruitment, referrals are used big time. Yes, there might be delays for this, but it is a very straightforward thing. And if someone requests for an open vouch and nobody is willing to vouch for you, is either they are busy and might do it later or are not willing to take that risk.

I suggest you politely apologize to the person you turned down business with just because he/she wanted to ascertain your legitimacy.

And i further said that "its either the buyer brings one if you cannot send first or open vouch" (which I prefer)
