My dear, I was unable to get their card as they claimed they have stopped issuing the particular card I want to customers. I moved from one branch to another and spoke all the grammar from American to British accent but none helped, it was just remaining for me to speak Chinese to them but they still maintained their ground. I finally applied logic to the last branch I went and the guy that assisted me laughed and said the only way to get the card is to open a domiciliary account but as it is am yet to get someone that has current account with them to speed up the process. I would send someone's name to you to find out if he can help you.
