I am sorry about that. That Problem is peculiar to Etisalat only.

It's unfortunate that Etisalat made it in a way that only the previous seller could remove you so that your line will be free to get data from others. I have emailed them few times concerning this yet they have refused to do something about it.

I will still look at what to do about that. It appears the only way now is to get a new sim.
