Data has no imitation or "china". And we have no control over your usage. It's akin to someone sending you airtime or cash to your bank account. The person has no control of say bank account, sms charges etc that occurs on your account thereafter.

1gb could be exhausted in a day, depending on usage and the type of device.
Even 20gb could be exhausted in a day too. I am speaking from over 17 years experience in the industry.

Kindly contact MTN on 180 to know what transpired during the period. You could as well monitor your usage of social media apps like Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp etc. Whatsapp in particular could be set to prevent auto downloads etc.

This is necessary so as to prevent recurrence or recrudescence.

You could flash us and get a call back should you need more explanations.
