Baylam, If your proof for saying am a thief is CX I said I don't talk on phone,I picked the guys call when he called not to make him feel embarrassed and we talked,but I cut it to later tell him on WhatsApp that I am okay with just chat and not calls.
You have to understand some people just have terms and conditions which mine is I don't do calls with strangers which if anyone doesn't agree,then we don't have any deal.

If the guy truly scammed you, then you just confirmed to me that you are lazy because I want to teach you to do it by yourself, but you were too lazy to do that and you prefer someone to do it for you,and you also confirmed to me that greedy and lazy people are those that are easily scammed. I told you you don't have to go and waste money in cybercafe,just borrow a laptop from a friend,and I told you its pretty simple and easy to do just to motivate you to do it by yourself.I have helped lots of people do this and it gives me joy when helping others to know how to fish instead of giving them fish to eat,that's the only reason I want to help you out and not like I have surplus time like that. When you learn it,you will be able to do for others as well.

Please desammyst can you help me explain to Baylam you were not referring to me. You heard my voice clearly that its a girls voice and I told you I don't speak on phones because I have a low voice,you said you will get back later. Its so painful how difficult it is for you to keep to a simple promise that won't cost you anything. May God forgive you. Am almost mad at you but I won't be mad at you for Gods sake.
And if you read the guys post very well,you will see he wasn't referring to me. I promised to teach him for free,I never asked for any money from him. I just want to help him. The day he contacted me was Eid,I told him I won't be able as I was in the Eid ground, I told him all he needs to buy is VPS and it costs about 5k,and he's going to need a laptop. And that when he has all and he's ready he should contact me.He told me he doesn't have laptop and can he use cybercafe,I said he should borrow laptop instead of wasting money going to cybercafe.He said when he has everything he is going to get back to me,since then I haven't heard from him. I was only trying to help him.
The funniest thing is that I hardly talk on phone conversion especially with the opposite sex that is a stranger. When he called me,I picked so he won't feel embarrassed, then I cut the phone,I then vividly told him I don't talk on phone conversation because I have a very low voice and he won't be able to hear my words that he should chat only. So if a guy now call him,why will he think I am the person? Plus he heard my voice the first time that is a girls voice.

As I was stepping out of my office gate yesterday morning, on my way for an appointment, I saw this woman and her 3 kids, standing at the grocery kiosk directly in front of our office.
“Please help me, we need some money to eat”, she cried. But curiously, none of the people standing in front of the kiosk paid her any attention.

As I observed closely, she was accompanied by 2 of her kids- a young girl of about 12yrs old, a little boy of about 6 yrs old and the 3rd baby was strapped to her back. They looked weary, perhaps they must have trekked a long distance begging everybody along their way to help them survive the day.

Immediately I saw them, a deep compassion overwhelmed me; I had to beckon on them to come over to my side.
“Why are you begging for money with these kids” I queried.
“Sir, I lost my husband last year, 2017. Since then, life has been difficult for me and my kids, nobody wants to help us. We were driven by hunger into the street to beg for money…….” She explained.
“But why don’t you start a petty business to take care of your family, instead of begging…” I enquired further.
“Sir, if I have some money, I can sell food- rice and beans, I don’t even like begging. It is just that we don’t have anyone to help us” she said.
“So you mean if we give you some money, you would start the business and stop begging”
“Yes sir”
“Okay. Tomorrow, this my brother( pointing to our team member, Mr. Peter), would come to know your place, talk to your neighbors, to know if we assist you, you would truly use the money to start a business and stop begging. Now take some money for transport and come back here tomorrow morning to take him to your place…..”

After giving her the money she left with her children.

We had concluded that she was one of those ‘Lagos fake beggars’ (they are very many, anyway). But surprisingly, she showed up in our office this morning, contrary to our expectation, to take our team member to her house.

Our team member,  Mr. Peter followed her to her house in Orile-Agege, Lagos, where she lives with her 3 kids. Her name is Mrs. Christian Akinbode. She is 30yrs old. Her late husband worked with Lagos State Ministry of Education before his death. According to her, Up till now, the government had not paid them any benefit to support the poor family. From the information, Mr. Peter gathered from her neighbors, life has really been difficult for the poor family. And they attested to the fact that the widow is hard working and that she would do the business if helped. They were also full of praises for our organization for reaching out to support the hapless family.

And so this Saturday, the Voice of Divine Truth Int’l Outreach will be visiting Mrs. Akinbode, to present a grant of N20,000 to her to enable her start the food business she proposed. That will be the beginning of a dramatic turnaround for the poor family, as we are determined to lift them out of poverty. Hopefully, we would also like to support the education of the kids within the limits of our resources.

The bottom-line of this story;
Beloved, let us be sensitive to the numerous needy people we come across everyday on the street. God is interested in their welfare. Reaching out in love and showing them a little kindness could be our reasonable service to God. James1:27…

Exercises that help control breath during Quran recitation
Asalamualeikum warahmatullahi wabarakat
Beautiful recitation of the holy Quran has a lot to do with breath control. When we listen to Qarri Abdul basit, Qarri All minshary, etc,most of us fancy how they were able to control their breath and respond to the rules of waqf(stopping) in the holy Quran which adds to the beauty of their recitation. Lung strengthening exercises, muscle tightening exercises are very good for the upper body and are particularly good for the lungs, these exercises strengthens the muscle that aid in breathing and thus can help one to control breaths during Quran recitation
Water based exercises, aerobics and cardiovascular exercises can help in lung strengthning, these exercises below are examples of them
1) Swimming and other water based exercises are one of the best exercises to improve the lung capacity,water work outs lead the body to work harder because water act as a source of resistance.Doing strength training like weight lifting inside water, doing stretches will help in improving the lungs breathing capacity
2)Cardio vascular exercises- some of the best cardio exercises are running and jogging, the basic fundamental here lies in the fact that when a person get tired doing a fast and brisk work out, his lung has to work harder, thus enhances its capacity
3) Breathing exercises has been noted to help in breath control during recitation, these include;
A) Pushing out
Pushing out is a super power breathing exercise that would give your lungs an increased capacity to absorb oxygen.
1. Take an upright posture and loosen your knees.
2. Now bend down as you push out all the air from your lungs.
3. Get back to the standing position, breathing in the air.
4. Now fill your lungs with as much air as possible and hold your breath as long as you can.
5. Next, extend your arm over your head and lower back to the starting position while exhaling. Perform this exercise 4 times daily.
B)Abdominal breathing
This is a simple exercise where you need to lie down on the back with one hand on the abdomen and the other on the chest.
1. Now breathe in through the nose, hold your breath and exhale through the mouth.
2. Try and squeeze your abdominal muscle in the end, so as to remove any residual air from your lungs.
3. A slight variation of this exercise is the Diaphragmatic breathing, where you lie on your backs with your legs elevated and a pillow beneath. This breathing technique helps increase lung capacity and with time,we will be able to hold more of our breaths
C)Numbered breath
1. Take a deep breath and close your eyes.
2. Exhale in such a manner that your lungs get empty.
3. Now inhale again and think of number 1 as you concentrate on breathing.
4. Hold your breath for a couple of seconds and exhale. Then inhale and breathe out within 3 seconds.
5. Continue with this exercise . This will surely enhance the lung capacity.
