A real man of his word abi? He said in 2011 he would never contest again but he did. He promised every Nigerian heaven on earth before elections, having won the election, no day passes without him looking for reasons why he may not perform.
Buhari is as fake as a chinko phone, looks good on the outside but has nothing inside. |
Politics › Re: Jonathan Outsmarted APC By Conceding Defeat – Abati by Mogidi: 12:24pm On May 18, 2015 |
Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Media and Publicity, Reuben Abati, said that Jonathan was able to outsmart the All Progressives Congress (APC) by conceding defeat after the Presidential election on March 28. The legendary GEJ not only outsmarted APC he outsmarted America who predicted civil war. Unlike Buhari who contested 3 elections, went to court to challenge those 3 elections and killed scores of people after those 3 elections. GEJ you're God sent, you prevented chaos. |
Politics › Re: See How APC Intend To Fight Corruption by Mogidi: 12:17pm On May 18, 2015 |
But this is exactly what GEJ has been doing.
Many thought Buhari was going to disregard the rule of law and just send people to prison, democracy don't work like that. So they intend using courts like GEJ, there's no change then. |
Politics › Re: Niger Delta Struggle Has Become A Huge Scam Be Wise! ! by Mogidi: 12:13pm On May 18, 2015 |
[s] lordcabasa: Election has come and gone, won and lost and as usual the threats of battle drums are brewing with the rights and priviledges of the people of the lower Niger aka THE NIGER DELTA PEOPLE CUM THE GOOSE THAT LAYS THE NATIONS GOLDEN EGGS occupying the front burner; In as much as am pained by the inequity being metted against the people of the Niger Delta, I still hold the opinion that at the moment I see no reason to agitate let alone fight for because doing same will term me insane in the Albert Einstein sense because it is tantamount to doing a particular thing over again and expecting a different result. Therefore; 1. It is a true fact of law that whosoever gets the benefits must also inherit the liability hence, if Jonathans presidency did not favor you or your people directly I see no reason why you wanna fight and die again for the few war reapers, if I may ask, what is the difference between a man from a far away land that reaps the delta and takes the benefit far away for himself and family and a niger delta "son" that plunders the benefits of the struggle to far away lands for the benefit of his few cronies. Note that the exit of Britain didn't make Nigeria successful how can the collapse of Nigeria make Niger delta better outside enthroning another monster.
2. If the benefits of the Niger Delta struggle under your leadership as a militant leader did not better the lives of the same people you claim to be fighting for in general during the benefits period then u lack the moral justification to call and arm those people again for your selfish gains or are you their slave/colonial master? What is the difference between you and the REAPERS you claim to be fighting anyway?
3. If you did not seek for independence of the Niger delta region, nor agitate for RESOURCE CONTROL when "our son was there" then you lack the moral justification to demand for same under a man who is not from your region because to my mind, if it's wrong for a woman to ask from her boyfriend what she can't ask from her father, I see no reason asking from a stranger what you can't ask from your brother.
4. If you did not provide succour to the families of those who lost their lives fighting the injustice you as militant leaders claim to be fighting under your watch, then you lack justice bringing same reason to make more mothers childless.
5. If you can afford to own a private jet as a militant leader or a university, tour the world, get the ears of a sitting president, own fleets of porshy cars, maintain leagues of armed security guards, sex the best actresses and control billions of naira; then you could have achieved providing enough transportation for your people at subsidised rate, if you can own a university outside the shores of the country then you could have afforded educating 20,000 of your indigenes annually and I see no better way to empower your people not even through arms,if you can afford to tour the world then you can't claim to lack ideas of the standard of life your people truly deserve to live by, if you could get the ears of a sitting president then I see no reason why half the problems were not resolved, one porshy ride equals setting up 500 entrepreneurs from your region, and if you alone use more armed guards than your entire community I wonder why you think there is high rate of crime when the bulk of the security forces are securing just few of you, if you can afford pleasures and frivolities then how can you question the moral decadence you indirectly fund in our societies today.
6. If they can deceive you to die for them in the name of Niger delta struggle when in essence it is as a result of revoking their illegal contracts and largesse cum lack of federal contracts and influence then you got what you truly deserve which is "death" for indeed the wages of sin is truly death.
7. A word is enough for the ... [/s] Wetin concern agbero with overload? Shove your advise inside ya yansh. |

According to the IYC in a statement by its spokesman, Comrade Eric Omare, "We want to make it clear that whether court injunction or no court injunction, we would not allow materials to be fabricated in Lagos and used to build oil platform in the Niger Delta region. Niger Deltans have been taken for granted for too long and we would no longer accept it "Henceforth, Niger Deltans would take steps to ensure that any oil company without its headquarters in the Niger Delta region would not be allowed to operate in the region. MizMyColi: *sigh* I weak like FriedPlantain
I just did some reading up.
Am I permitted to plead their cause?
What if these men, as a result of the rut going on in the system thought it unrueful to just go and die like that. What if they were well aware that there were moles in their division and that they were actually being sent on a journey of no return.
Bro, even if I swore to serve this nation faithfully onto death, if the people I've entrusted my life to won't value it, would I be asking for too much for trying to defend this life of mine.
What if they are not all guilty?
What if some of them were just at the wrong place at the wrongest of times?
Y'see, when the drug offenders in Malaysia were killed, all through the drama, leading to the final day... I don't remember uttering a word condemning their killing....somehow I felt it was justified.
It's just I'm never one to show a brazen support for termination of life by fellow humans.
Forgive my overt emotions on the topic, but I see the apparently wasted on the streets and regard their lives as sacred, how much more this handsome, agile looking men.
You should see my face now, it feels like I'm talking to you face to face.
Well, it's the military, not democracy. Let what needs to be done, be done. You never cease to impress with your views but I believe your opinion was influenced by you being a woman and a civilian. They knew the consequences yet went ahead with the foolish and deadly idea. I feel sorry for their loved ones nonetheless. |

Truckpusher: Exactly , you can't afford to have thousands of men and wine with arms not to be taking orders from somebody. It's a recipe for disaster.
Why have they waited till now, in saner societies the court martial would be quick and precise and the next step is to have their fellow men in arms from the same formation shoots them in the presence of everyone and every rank and file falls into line. I remember the Punch newspaper interviewed scores of retired Generals, they were unanimous in their condemnation of these soldiers. It is not allowed any where. |

MizMyColi: Brb Lemme goan research more This is from the US army: (a) "Any person subject to this chapter who-- (1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuse, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;
(2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition; (3) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition. Consequences: (b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct."No country would allow its soldiers to revolt, recipe for disaster. |

Truckpusher: Don't mind them.
They signed up for something and decided to haul asss thereby endangering their fellow brothers in arms.
The worst thing that can happen to any military formation is mutiny.Imagine where a fellow soldier drops his gun and flee from battle - it can be both demoralizing and a negative influence in the minds of other men in arms. We all know that battles are usually won by the will power and zeal of men and women in arms who are ready to kill and be killed for their country and homeland, yet these cowards fled from their duty post. Mutiny and sabotage is a death sentence , they should face the consequences for their actions let it serve as a deterrent to other would-be deserters. Gbam!! |
