Nigeria has moved up the rankings of "Transparency international. The enabling environment that favours looters have been blocked eg fertilizer scam, ghost workers etc
Boko is almost non existent now, what else does the APC have to campaign with?

The momentum you speak of is largely on the net, the internet momentum didn't save Fayemi last year.
Going by how loud APC are on the internet, you'd expect Buhari to be well ahead now in non partisan polls.
