As it stands, we have NO Southerner in any of the security decision making cabinet organ under this APC Buhari administion. Let me explain;

The Office of National Security Adviser is in charge of DSS, NIA, DMI etc. It is occupied by Gen Muguno(North East)

The Minister of Defence oversees the Armed Forces(Army, Navy and Airforce). It is occupied by Alhaji Ali(Zamfara/North West)

The Interior minister oversees the Police Force, NSCDC, Prison Service, Immigration, Fire Service ane every other paramilitary services. It is occupied by Abdulrahman Dambazau(Kano/North West)

Edo State Deputy Com­missioner of Police, DCP Abdukadir Mo­hammed, yesterday said the Command was in posses­sion of intelligence report that a group of persons operating under the guise of student organisation, has planned to cause violent protest on the alleged plans by the State Government to hike school fees.
He thereby warned par­ents to restrain their chil­dren from any unwhole­some acts.
The DCP, who raised the alarm on behalf of the Com­missioner of Police, Chris Ezike, in a statement said, the act will be committed in form of demonstration. He stated that its motive is not immediately known even as he revealed that it may not be unconnected with alleged plans by the State Government to hike school fees in tertiary institutions in the South-South region.
