Dangote went around states looking for where to locate it, Amosun of Ogun offered land for a huge price, Mimiko in Ondo rejected the offer .

SouthSouth and SouthEast also rejected him

He went to meet Tinubu, not only did he get Freeland at Lekki free trade zone, Lagos State got investor to build a deep sea port
