~Eating/More when sad to feel better is a form of "Comfort Eating" i never want to conform to! Not a Very good idea if one doesnt do any form of exercise either!
~Depending on how sad i am,Food's usually the very last thing on my mind! I lose my appetite completely & tend to ignore the rumbling sounds my tummy growls when i'm under extreme stress/unhappy. .nuffin tastes the same anyways. . .
~Why is it when one's down in the dumps food always taste like sandpaper? In my mouth anyways. . .anyone else expereince/d the same? |
