Good evening everyone... Please can someone sincerely break down the cost of building a room and parlor self contain for me in Ibadan, A full plot of land already available.
1 little Big parlour that can contain a dining table with 4 chairs, 1 normal bedroom with toilet for family, 1 medium kitchen and 1 small visitor toilet and there will be balcony in the front and kitchen side..... I don't need a cost for standard building but for hustler please and coz am a single mom who's struggling....

Please I need the quantity and price for all the materials that will be needed to complete it with workmanship payment🙏🙏 Thank you
