Legal practitioners and estate agents I need your candid advice concerning one of my tenants.last year he paid half of his rent, he begged so much until like 4months later he dissapeared, we could only contact him through phone,he said he is sick, his rent was due early this year and still no sight of him, he said when he gets well he will pay his rent including the one he's oweing,till today we've not seen him, the last time we contacted him he was begging buh d apartment is locked up.
