I hope you were not taking weighloss suppliments or eating bad tasting food. Vomiting, feeling dizzy, runny tummy etc are common if you are abusing yourself when it comes to weightloss. please do not do anything drastic hun. Remember the goal is to be healthy and strong not being thin as such so do not harm yourself okay baby? please share with us what led to the vomit and how did u cope?

Seems everyone is busy. I couldn't do much this past week cos I was kinda ill, just vomitting. Just returned frim the gym and found out I lost 2kg so now am at 116. Hope you're all progressing.

I teach in the primary section of a school in ph, joined september ending. For christmas, I got half bag of rice,one turkey veg oil,one pack or knorr, one carton of tin tomatoes(the small tin,which contains 50), 2kg of frozen chicken. School closed on 15th,instead of half salary,we got full salary. That's all.

I forgot to add that I was called for the Sales interview, not Customer care.

BTW, I am more keen on the University od Wales because the certificate does not indicate the type of learning but that of University of London shows that it was an external programme.

Secondly, I am considering University of Wales and University of London; I want to know if anyone has had any prior or ongoing relationship with either of the schools, with details. I contacted them personally and was told it's not advisable to join from Nigeria.
