Sincerely,what have you being doing since your graduated from school.Just tell them, i am sure you would have worked within this period.Why not tell them you were working?And be able to tell them the kind of work you were doing should they ask you.If you do not have anything to back up that you have being involved in IT, they might ask you questions relating to IT.So you have to be sure you know what you are saying.There are 3 very important factors that most consular officer use.Do you have 1.clear mission and purpose of going to the U.S to study 2.do you have the evidence of finances or scholarship to pay your way through college.3.Do you have enough strong ties to Nigeria that will bring you back after completing your study?All questions the consular officer will ask you is for the purpose of finding out about these three things.Do not worry,be relax when you are going in for the interview.You might be surprise that the consular officer might not ask you what you have being doing?When i went in for my visa several years ago,i was out of school for three years before my interview,when i was asked i told him i have being working with my father in his company.However, be ready to answer should he/she ask you.For confidence ,do not worry just be yourself and see your self recieving your visa, if you do this you will be demonstrating a level of confidence that is needed.And remember to pray and trust God.Wish you the best.
