How were you able to do Ausbildung, when you don't speak German? Or did you learn German in Nigeria before coming? How many years did all this take you?
You will have to learn German up to at least B1 level from Nigeria before moving to Germany. The German language proficiency is a prerequisite for Ausbildung in Germany. I am planing to do some videos with Nigerians in Germany who are currently still doing their Ausbildung.

Here is a recent guide that you should read: https://setlinn.com/apply-for-ausbildung-in-germany/

Most lazzy students channels their energy on social media to be Obe-diot than learn a skill. Poor generation that doesn't work but expect miracles to happen. Who told you if you go to school, you don't need to hustle?? Most of them are into Yahoo and prostitute. To them, maybe if another gov't comes in, money will be picked by the road side everyday. Untill you're useful to yourself, you cannot be useful to the society. Channel your energy and learn a skill rather than channelling it to social media.

I can take you on Photoshop, graphics, content writing as well as Data analysis for Uni undergraduate students.

Quick blunt but frank feedback. The youths need to learn how to better manage their time. We have many opportunities around us but not many people know how to use them wisely. The digital age has truly made it easy for you to learn - you can literally learn anything from the smallest corner of the world; the highest it takes is a smartphone and good internet connection, luxuries available to many people in Nigeria.

So, dear youths, use your head and be wise.

Depends on the pay and if there's a potential for career growth.

True, the future perspective will be the main deciding factor, not just the pay.

Define well paying because there was a time when 300k was the standard of big boy salary...now if you have wife and kids 300k no go reach you.
If i see like 800k and above well paying job...make abroad hold himself...
Lol
But you know, money isn't everything. How about security and safety of your life and those of your children?
Not to mention how hard you have to work to earn that 800K....

Career / Journey From Cameroon To Germany To Play Professional Football (true Life Story) by monkmike(m): 9:53am On Jul 12, 2022
I am empowered by true stories of students abroad. Most part of my daily life involves interacting and connecting with international students in Germany - sharing my experience and learning from theirs. With this, I have managed to cover stories of students from all continents, Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia and America.

You'd be surprised how insightful and informative the story of each person turns out; You couldn't know everything without relating to other people's experiences.

I recently met Desmond, as always, never knew him from anywhere until the first time we met at the train station. He was dressed as a professional footballer; I walked up to him - and that was it; we became friends, and he shared his story on how he moved from Cameroon to Germany and the truth behind becoming a professional footballer in Europe.

I sincerely hope you learn a thing or two. Tag anyone who needs to watch this. Leave your questions or comments below. Am always happy to assist in the best ways that I can.

Lol! True story.
You could never be too prepared.
I think at the end of the day, you are hired mainly for your attitude and not necessarily your certificate or grades. The latter are good, but not what comes first.
Happy you got the job.

You don't learn languages fast?

Do you realize that you are writing in English JUST because we were colonized by England?

And that you could have been writing in Portuguese if we were colonized by Portugal.

So you may be selling yourself short.

I think people have different rates at which they learn a new language. Also, the style of learning also affects how long it takes to grab the language.

Would like to come for a Masters in TUM, Munich but the language barrier has always been a bother for me. How easy was it for you to learn the language and how`s life in Munich or Berlin. I know they are both like Abuja and Lagos respectively.

I hope there are good paying jobs for Africans without discrimination

You can study in TUM or any other part of Germany without German proficiency, especially at the Master's level. In courses where German language is required at the Master level, it may only be up to A2, which is, in my opinion, easy to attain.

Learning German was easy for me; I had the interest and practised as much as possible using all the means exposed to me - neighbours at home, colleagues mini-job, listening to radio stations, watching German TV shows and movies, tandem classes and practising on my own. The secret is simply PRACTICE!

Munich vs Berlin; this depends on your field of study or career path. Munich offers more soft works than Berlin. You will find more of Software/IT companies in Munich, and the state generally pays higher than Berlin. However, accommodation and other living costs are quite higher in Munich compared to Berlin.

Berlin, on the other hand, has all types of jobs, including Software/IT, and the cost of living is relatively cheaper. Also, Berlin is way more multi-cultural and international than Munich.

So, in the end, it really depends on you and what you are looking for.

Do they offer M.Sc courses in any of the social science field most especially relating to sociology or anthropology

Of curse, they do. M.Sc. programs, tuition-free and in English, are very easy to find in Germany.

I am curating a list of them, especially for Africa students. You can check the current list here https://destiney-arkaden.com/university-search/

Use the filter to narrow down the search to your field of interest. It will then show you an overview of the course and the link to the school website, where you will find further information on the application process.

Wow thanks
But how do someone apply to jobs from there
Or is there no other way than online application like linkedin, indeed
Of course, there are multiple ways. I always recommend applying directly to the company from their website.
Identify the roles that you are interested in, search for companies within the related field; apply to them either for open positions or proactively.
Here is a video I made last year, explaining some things to keep in mind when applying for jobs in Germany.
