Yes. The cost of RENTING 1 HECTARE OF ARABLE LAND was suddenly increased, according to our Farm Manager, from NGN3,500 to NGN7,000 per Hectare per Year at Oke-Odan.
If you find it cheaper there or anywhere around Ogun State and Nigeria please kindly let us know.
