Is it possible to be working for the state government and federal government without having BVN issues. What I mean is it possible to earn salaries from both state and federal government using the same BVN?

Good day all, please who knows about this issue should please help me.

Two months ago I got credit alert of 30,000 from FEDER:3MONTHSRURAL

I assumed it was the balance of my state allowee of NYSC that I was not paid before I passed out, because they owed me 4months of state allowee payment of 10,000 a month so I didn't think anything of it.

Yesterday afternoon I got another alert from the source again FEDER:3MONTHSRURAL
but this time it was 34,000naira which is clearly in excess of the money I was owed by the state hospital so I was shocked this time.

Please who knows what is
FEDER:3MONTHSRURAL??
Is it a payment from a federal account?
I am worried because I have already spent about 10,000 from the prior payment because of my wrong assumption so I dunno if I did something wrong. I don't know the meaning of that source that sent the money if you have any idea please help me out and also please advice me on what to do.
Thanks.

The alignment and coalition has started again. This was how it started against GEJ too. Buhari is going to his cows finally.

it wasnt the coalition and alignment that ousted johnathan, it was the masses. The masses will also oust Buhari
