Kimbeast: You spotted all these things in one match? I understand your skepticism, but I assure you, I'm not a regular follower of the Brazilian league, but each time I have the time to watch them, I've noticed a pattern. The match I stumbled upon was just a confirmation of what I've been observing. The passion, dedication, and raw talent on display were evident throughout the game. I'm not claiming they're all superstars, but they display a good pattern of football that reinforced my existing impression. The fact that big clubs wait for smaller clubs to sign players first is a common practice in the transfer market. They prefer to sign players who have already been developed and proven themselves, rather than taking a risk on raw talent. This approach suggests an alarming level of complacency among big clubs' scouts, who collect thousands of pounds/Euros monthly without doing their primary job. It raises a question, do smaller clubs have more qualified and effective scouts than the big clubs, or are the big clubs' scouts simply not doing their work? |

Joezinho: It’s actually ridiculous how there aren’t proper strikers anymore. Like you have to think long and hard to name a striker. Hearing names like gyokeres, holjlund, jackson is quite irritating. Strikers that consistently play yamayama football and constantly drop James Bond moves.
A dearth of quality strikers in football is really a cause of concern.. Football scouts no longer do their primary job, which is to search for raw talent. Instead, they opt for finished and already made players. During the recent EPL break, I was bored and craving to watch a live game, so I stumbled upon a Brazilian league match. These players' passion and dedication struck me, they played as if their lives depended on it. I spotted several promising young talents, composed and confident midfielders, goal sense finisher but big clubs seem to be waiting for small club like Brighton, Watford, Porto to sign them first. Only then do they enter the fray, sparking a bidding war and driving up the player's value to triple their worth. |

Android17: Apart from Palmer and Jackson who else was more productive than Raheem? What do you mean by being "productive"? If I define 'productive', It means efficiency and effectiveness. Productivity is about making the most of your chances. For instance, if one player scores 10 goals from 100 clear-cut chances, and another player scores 5 goals from just 7 chances, the latter is actually more productive, despite scoring fewer goals. Sterling's stats might look good on paper, but trust me, he's not as productive as he seems, don't be fooled by his stats, he's not as effective as they suggest, that's why I call him a 'extra tyre' he's not making the most of his opportunities. He won't be missed. (but we might miss his missed chances.) 😆😁😂 |

New update for upcoming match
Chelsea's A list for the Conference League match against Servette:
- Sanchez, Jorgensen, Bettinelli; - Disasi, Cucurella, Badiashile, James, Gusto, Veiga; - Fernandez, Madueke, Chukwuemeka, Nkunku, Palmer, Dewsbury-Hall, Caicedo, Lavia; - Mudryk, Jackson, Neto, Guiu
Good news is James is back, looking forward to the formation maresca will put for the game While I'm not the type of person who wishes misfortune on others, sometimes unfortunate events can be a blessing in disguise. In this case, I wouldn't mind if Sanchez were to sustain an injury, as it would give Petrovic the opportunity to prove himself to this copy copy coach. |

larride: EPL Chapter 2024 v 1 - 7
1- On the 16th day in the 8 month in the year of our Lord, the prophet Larride prophesied according as the lord of banter gave him utterances.
2 - He said "Oh ye Chelshit, hear the word of Lord Banter, this season shall be filled with lamentation, wailings and constant fights in thy camp. The band boys will feast and merry with different tidings every weekend"
3 - He continued "Even on weekdays when ye go to the forsaken land of eastern europe for your conference battles, it shall end in agony and wailing. Your trusted warrior Sir ColdPal will flatter, your commander Mascara won't see the end of the season before he will be sent on exile by the security council led by Sir Boehly the Clown"
4 - "This season shall be renewed with plenty attack versus defense battle strategies and long epistles abouts trusting the process but all will come to naught"
5 - "Ye shall look at the red side of Manchester and see them merry with the spoils of their battle victories, ye shall thirst after such but it will be denied thee for thou hath transgressed against the Lord of banter"
6 - "Hurry now, put on sack clothes and ashes all over your body, go to the red side of Manchester and beg them for mercy, maybe the lord of banter will see your contrite heart and give you some reprieve.
7 - These are the words of Lord Banter as the Prophet Larride has prophesied. EPL Chapter 2024/25, verse 1-to infinity 1 - And lo, the Manchester United faithful did boast and brag, but their words were empty, like the seats at Old Trafford. 2 - For their team did struggle to find consistency, like a ship without a rudder in a stormy sea. 3 - Their star players did sulk and pout, like Bobrisky who doesn't know his gender 4 - And their manager, Sir Ten Hag, did try to steady the ship, but it was like trying to hold water in his hands. 5 - The Red Devils did promise much but deliver little, like a mirage in the desert that vanishes when approached. 6 - Their fans did sing of glory days, but those days were long gone, like the dinosaurs of old. 7 - And so, the Manchester United faithful did live in the past, for they had no future to look forward to. 8 - Their midfield did lack creativity, like a painter without colors, and pilot without sight, and their defense did leak goals like a sieve. 9 - The once-mighty United did stumble and fall, like a giant felled by a tiny arrow. 10 - Their fans did cry out for the return of Sir Alex, but he did ride off into the sunset, leaving them to face the music of his atrocities. 11 - The Glazers did suck the life out of the club, like vampires feasting on blood. 12 - And the team did suffer, like a patient in a coma, unable to wake up. 13 - The Manchester United faithful did cling to past glories, like a drowning man clinging to a liferaft. 14 - But the truth did hurt, like a slap in the face: United were no longer the kings of England, but mere mortals, struggling to keep up. 15 - Thus the Red Devils and the dark forces of darkness unleashed a devastating plague of injuries on their 5 star players, benching them for 5 to 7 months, and their team was plunged into the relegation zone, struggling to stay afloat. 16 - Their cries for help did fall on deaf ears, like a tree falling in an empty forest. 17- And their... (You may add yours) These are the words of banter from all the blue fans and these are the future event that will take place this season 🤣😂😁 |
