There is a case going on now, where the late guy's entitlements are being dragged by the wife, the brother and the dad. All because the guy used his brother as his next of kin and he didn't update his information after getting married.

I pushed my own sister into being in shape and she freakin loves her body now. With her fitness level, she even works more effectively now without getting stressed. Mumz was fit as hell in her younger days but she's old now so it's only natural. She still watches her diet though. ASK ANY FREAKING DOCTOR IN THE WORLD, being fit and avoiding excess fat is key to long term health.

But you're there forming sweet, nice guy saying they should embrace excess fat which makes them insecure, unattractive and unhealthy. Do your research man, educate yourself.
