i recently got a software that i need to run on my server. i have created a subdomain and uploaded the files via filezilla but i can't access the program via the subdomain i created. i have created several subdomains and had to delete and reupload again.

been at it since sunday and still yet to get it right. need professional help before i break my computer into pieces

anyone with ideas of what to do?
