Update on this issue;
We (the victims) went to the government house at ikeja, the people that attended to us said we should go to the state command and report and if they (state command ) don’t do anything about it, we (victims) should return back to the government house after two weeks .

We wrote petition at the state command, also paid about 60k to submit the petition.
The IPO in charge of the case requested that we should bring 300k for mobilization but we were able to raise 170k to the IPO in state command at ikeja.

We got a hint from someone that one of the developers is in ikoyi prison, we also got the court information. It was from the court we got to know that, it was from zone 2 they charge him to the court.

From our findings, he (developer) took himself to be arrested, then claim he took money from only 3 people. That is what he told the court.

The police at zone 2 charge us 5k each for statement. Unknowingly to us, the police at zone 2 are working for the man (developer) .
The man (developer) was to appear before the court on 29 of July after meeting the bail conditions of 1million naira.
The police at zone2 knowing fully well that we have the info of him to appear before court on the said date, went to hasten up the bail conditions and release the man.

We were able to hear about his release on Thursday 21 July through the help of a warder at the prison.

Currently, we have arrested the developer, his at state criminal police in yaba. The developer is claiming he doesn’t have money to pay us all.

Our next movement now is state government house on Tuesday, because we don’t trust all this police.

Buying a home or renting a home is a good thing and not supposed to be a bad experience.
This is just plain wickedness and cruelty.
It's this bad eggs that makes our job difficult.

Where is the developers office?
Did you visit their office before making payment?
Did you do any due diligence on them like how long the company has been in existence before making payment?

First payment I made.
I made inquiries from the shop occupants (built by the developer) beside the house.

I paid for a new apartment under construction at Zamba street, lawanson. Guy man dey happy say he don see new house not knowing it was scam.

They collected money from more than 100 people. I saw some people crying, sad, etc. me self kon dey pity dem. The developer is on the run. Phone number is switch off, even the agent that led me there is also swtich off.

When you want to rent an apartment/house, pls o, don’t pay for a house under construction expect the builder/developer blukus dey ur hand. Pay and pack in. Me don learn my lesson the hard way.

I didn't actually bought the original mercury battery, I bought another product. After changing it to full charge and leaving it for some reason hours, It lasted me 23 hours 16 minutes slightly medium speed. I haven't tested the highest speed yet. The battery is really good.

If you are familiar in buying tomato, you will agree with me that January, February and early march are season for tomatoes.
You can a big basket of tomato for as low as N5000 during it season but the case is different this year.

A big basket of tomato now cost between N16000-25000. We never even enter it expensive period yet.

Prepare yourself for alternative or stock up because this year, there is likely probability that tomato will be very expensive than other years.
