He wrote the letter from his heart, and painfully so.

I could vividly picture the weight on his mind as he penned his missive.

Adieu, Dr. Tai Solarin.

Coming from Almighty Redmi note 10 pro, you won't really like any of the note 13 series

Why not try out Samsung flagships, uk used

Thank you for the insight.

Which of the Samsung flagships model would you recommend?

Thanks.

Does it support gestures on third party launchers?
Phones / Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by moshoodn(m): 4:30pm On Jun 22
Another decision time, guys.

I started with Redmi 7 in 2019, Redmi Note 10 Pro in 2021 and now I am looking to upgrade to Redmi Note 13 Pro (though I wish the 14 Pro was out).

However, I need an update on a clarification. Can Redmi now use a third party launcher with gestures (without rooting)?

I miss my third party launcher in my Note 10 Pro and it may likely be a deal breaker for me in getting another Redmi.

Regards.

Lol 6am early

Worked on the Island some years ago, 2hrs journey from my house and by 6:15am I must have been at work for the change-over. I do leave home 4:15am daily, the 15mins after the 4am is just so I can see one or two people on the road too.

Reminds me of my days in Oyin Jolayemi, VI.

I was a ghost! I was off in the wee hours and I returned in the wee hours.

So, at the topic, based on now, I'd gladly choose 7:00am - 3:00pm.

Like NASS cares, especially with the stout, fair, and vociferous "Prayer-Mailbox" man at the helm.

Nigeria is an intricately complex nation strung together with the lace of ethnicity/religion and everyone, NASS and citizenry alike, is all out for his/her best interest.

Implementation of this National Minimum Wage will require a national pressure with enough pascal unit.. Hence, let NLC keep applying the pressure until something/someone gives way.

Who knows..

Politics / Re: Sanusi Defies Court Order, Mounts Throne As Emir Of Kano by moshoodn(m): 11:11am On May 26
Anyiamaka:

I get your point. However, also note that Katsina State has only two Emirates! Daura and Katsina. Two is also inadequate for Katsina.

The sultan and his Emirs are not equals by any standard. If his Emirs are loosely equivalent to a Bishop, the Sultan himself can be seen as their Daddy G.O. Man dey pass man sha

Abi... Man pass man. Inequality of man is as old as life itself.

Maybe SLS should be elevated to Sultan or Khalifa while the newly created emirates stay as they were..

Sultan of Kano. Sounds nice.
Politics / Re: Sanusi Defies Court Order, Mounts Throne As Emir Of Kano by moshoodn(m): 10:14am On May 26
Anyiamaka:

Lol.

Would you have a problem with this if you didn't think it's about Sanusi? Niger State has 5 Emirates; Suleja Emirate, Kontagora Emirate, Borgu Emirate, Agaie Emirate and Kagara Emirate.

Specifically, Kaduna State has six first-class Emirs; Emir of Zazzau, the Emir of Jema’a, Emir of Birnin Gwari, the Emir of Lere, Emir Kajuru and the Emir of Kagarko.

In Kwara State, we have only one Emirate for the the Emir of Ilorin only. The same state has; The Olofa of Offa and many Obas as the Olomu of Omu-Aran, The Olupako of Share, the Onipee of Ipee, The Olojoku of Ojoku, The Olukotun of Ikotun, The Olomu of Omupo, The Olora of Ora, The Oloro of Oro-Ago,The Owa L’obbo of Obbo-Aiyegunle,The Owa L’obbo of Obbo-Ile, The Owa of Eruku, The Alaran of Arandun, The Alaran of Aran-Orin,The Obajisun of Aiyedun, The Oludofian of Idofian, The Oba of Babanla, The Olusin of Ijara-Isin,The Oniwo of Iwo, The Onijagbo of Ijagbo,The Olola of Olla and The Olowu of Owu-Isin.

In Kwara, the Emir of Ilorin is not superior to any of the above kings. There are all first class kings in case you don't know.

The Sokoto caliphate has well above 10 Emirates. Go and verify.

I asked about the Sultanate/Caliphate of Sokoto not the Emirates.

I am well aware of the Emirates of Niger.

The singularity of the Emirate of Kano under SLS as the 14th Emir doesn't mean there aren't other traditional rulers as akin to the case of Ilorin.

Also in Sokoto, Alhaji Sa'ad is the sole Sultan in the Caliphate. There are other traditional rulers too, but he alone is Sultan.

I hope you know how big Kano State is. Aside Ganguje's personal vendetta, do you have anything against Kano having 5 emirs instead of one?

What about Sokoto and the Sultanate?

Should Sokoto be balkanized too?

Everyone involved in this uprising should be brought to book, civilians and soldiers, alike.

Everyone must respect the rule of law and the right to life of all individuals.

This situation should be de-escalated as quickly as possible.

Nigeria is already on the edge of a steep precipice. Too many frayed nerves. Too many issues.

Cheers to peace!
