This guy with Benjamin Frederick and Bassey at the back is already a solid 3/4 defenders one day. We need to be catching the defenders at the turn of 20yo. November soon... |

lovewins: Sincerely can't make sense of what's you're saying. The claim is that Pinnick is the worst NFF President and verifiable facts were outlined in support of said argument. You however disagreed, which by implication means you believe there's someone worse than Pinnick.
Instead of trying to explain away Pinnicks incompetence (with a lot of misinformation btw) why not pick another president you believe is worse than Pinnick and give reasons on why you think he's worse based on objective metrics. What you've done instead is try to explain the 2013 AFCON victory, blame age as reasons for our non qualification for 2 WAFCONs, blamed fans for the administrative decisions Pinnick made, blamed the coach choices etc.
We've never had a great NFF President. No one is arguing that. We've always had problems with football adminstration, everybody knows that. But we are saying the claim is that amongst the bad administrators, Pinnick is worse.
BTW, I'm personally indifferent about who is or who isn't the worst NFF President. I only joined the conversation cause your rebuttal was at best incoherent. Off topic... Your command of grammar is admirable boss. weldone. Are you a writer? |

What a run and what a finish by star boy.
Remaining 2 goals. Timber is better but not by miles please. White has been dealing with fitness for a while now that's why it seems he is playing poorly. |

Spy360: Arsenal are actually just trying to peak. I dont see anything less than three points in all these game especially when the team tries to play ball like Crystal Palace.
Liverpool on the other hand are on a drop. Games against Chelsea, Brentford and Man City may do them bad. They are not taking more than 5 points in those three games combined. A Prophet is not respected in his hometown. |

germaphobe: this is the first time of the xl playing together and it's against a Brighton side that is playing their strong side. If we can win, I will take it but truly, I am not optimistic. I was thinking we would throw in strong experienced players on each section. Was thinking Gabriel in defence and Merino in attack That they're playing together for the first time doesn't really matter though. That lineup is not that bad but doesn't give assurance like the one we're used to. Let's just observe. |

🗣️Arteta on if people are beating Arsenal with stick over set pieces and 1-0 wins
"We discussed the other day of the close relationship of keeping clean sheets and winning major trophies. That's a foundation we are building over the last three years.
On comments that if Arsenal does something, everyone has something to say:
🗣️Arteta - "Probably it is true, it's such a big club that we make a lot of noise with it. But that means people re paying attention to that. We know our history, hopefully we are making noise for the big things."
One thing you can't deny is Arteta knows how to handle the press. Sarcasm o.. Humour o, he too sabi. |

Playing that ball long instead of back pass was the best decision. Nobody send them tikitaka. Na when e reach time to do tikitaka, one of them go carry ball go Ojuelegba go play one igbakugba shot. |

dominique: There was no agreement between Zubimendi and Arsenal last year, there were talks but nothing concrete yet. Just like there were talks between players like Luis Suarez, Karim Benzema and even Kylian Mbappe but nothing came out of it. Actually, Arsenal had an agreement with Sociedad while negotiating the Merino deal. It's all over the internet. |

Mikel Arteta's post-match reaction today.
🗣 Arteta on Man City losing: “I found out at the end of the game. The players as well. They’re not allowed their phones at half-time so hopefully they didn’t know. I think a really positive weekend for us because we did what we had to do.”
🗣 Arteta: "I just told the boys that I value this victory more than any other victory this season."
🗣️ Arteta on injuries: The first one was William (Saliba). He was out after the first half. Declan (Rice) was struggling from the first half with a knock that he took. Ricky (Calafiori) was another one. Let’s see how they recover🙏
🗣️ Mikel Arteta after the game: “In my opinion, losing football matches is a more unsustainable approach than winning them with set pieces”
🗣 Arteta on Saka: "He has been ill. He has not trained. We didn’t know if he was going to be able to play. He managed to play a few minutes but the longer the game went, he was going to fatigue and we didn’t want to risk injury."
