0-30 days= broiler starter
31days-84 days =broiler finisher

But someone told me that after Starter I should go for pellets.

Pawpaw leaf or crushed seed
Mango leaves boiled
Moringa leaf boiled

Or combine all three and get a powerful Agbo concoction.
These three will cure and prevent almost all common disease in poultry including deworming.

The egg won't break. The last time I did this, I had like 20 in a wooden cage, and they were laying eggs every day. I didn't even have wood shaven or sawdust there, and the eggs weren't breaking. But you can get wood shaven or saw dust to put there, which will cooshen the dropping of the eggs. Also, make sure you go there around the time they lay every day, so you can pick them up before they start trampling on the eggs.

Back then, mine layed eggs around 9am - 11am every day. You would know cos they would become restless, and start making a funny sound... Like "Kwa Kwa Kwa."

And what to feed them? From 0-8 weeks, you feed them starter feed. And from 8 weeks, you start feeding them grower feed. They usually start laying around 18-22 weeks... That's about 5 months old. When 70% of them start laying, you can then switch to layer feed.

Hello, please what would they be feeding on, to make them lay eggs and if they are in a Wooden cage, how is it possible for them to lay eggs ? Am sure the eggs will break

Teach them how to eat the leaf,drop few leaves in a tray and serve them and very soon they will become prof like these guys here snacking on waterleaf

bro don't drag us to ur blog, teach us here,answer our questions here, and again, d way u re quoting prizes here, is scarring, it will later turn out to be a business with much capital. I would prefer u teach us how to rear from day old. like buying a week old which will be very cheap and equally make d capital for start up very cheap. which u make people to venture into it.....but with d way ur going about it with ur prizes . d capital most go up and thereby discourage people. .....like there is trick I used last year December which is very cheap. I bought 4 turkey eggs from a turkey farmer,then I gave it to my mum to put it for her she fowl ( Hen) that is laying eggs to fertilize. which she removed all the Hen's original eggs and replaced it with d 4 turkey eggs I bought. to my greatest surprise, it hatched and they were very beautiful, the 4 of them. then I started rearing them,but due to lack of experience on rearing turkey, they all died, one after d other,not one day o, this one may die today, other next week, d other the next ....that's how d continued until non is remaining now. ......so am searching for who can guide me on how to rear them from day one till maturity. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU TEACH US HERE FOR ALL TO LEARN. THANKS
