Kewekubosineh: Yes. He withdrew Pencom Funds immediately he was sworn in.
As a result,Pencom could not meet its obligation to the pensioners.
It is good pensioners are settled. They have served the country diligently. Really? How? |

TheBizGenius: Please, if you check my comment, you will realize I added a post script that I do not know who is truly in charge. And that I would apologize when I am called out.
To everyone, BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT PENCOM, I APOLOGIZE FOR MY COMMENT.
Thank you #chidiokay for correcting me.
PS Sorry #chidiokay but I have to take back my apology.
I researched and found out that most states and the federal government and military services are not covered under Pencom as you were quick to throw out.
Unfortunately, with the hubris you made your comment, I assumed you contributed from a place of knowledge.
And now, I am deeply disappointed. It is unfortunate that a lot of people give out wrong information to discredit the president. There are many states who have not signed on to CPS. So the state that all pensioners are under PenCom is not true. We have PTAD, who is currently managing pension of old pensioners. |

chidiokay: Stop causing confusion where there is none, All pensioners are under Pencom until they access their gratuities to a 3rd party insurance There is not true. Those who retired before 2004 , even after 2004 are under DB scheme not under CPS. |

chidiokay: Buhari did not owe pensioners, and i think jonathan did well by pensioners, Tinubu is the problem immediately he was sworn in the first fund he withdrew was pencom Fund You might like Tinubu, which is okay. But Tinubu has not withdrawn from pension fund rather he has paid all the accrued right till date. Before, the current PenCom DG, all PFA will send benefits payments to Abuja for PenCom approval. From beginning of June , all PFAs now pay benefits without recourse to abuja and they have 48rs after the submission of your request. |

SeraphicWind: These you peoples annoying comparisons is getting stale day by day. Very annoying.
It is just like you people want to be mocking people.
I believe you are the USA. Many of us live outside too.
A mechanic making 25 dollar per hour in the USA can afford 2 crates comfortably. Just with 1 hour salary.
A mechanic working in Nigeria even under a notable company cannot even buy half crate with 3 hours salary.
Going by your stale comparison, it requires 12,000 naira to buy just 2 crates. How many mechanics earn 12,000 naira daily not to talk of hourly?
Let us not even talk about civil servants. Many of them earn less than 30k monthly. I mean millions of them.
That means their salaries will finish just buying 5 crates of egg!
What happens to other necessities of life?
Will your one day salary in the USA finish just buying 5 crates of eggs? Let us not talk about 1 month.
Guy please stop. I beg you in the name of God almighty. You are mocking people.
If you have spare cash, support people in Nigeria so that people can eat.
People are mad hungry in that country!
N.B I live extremely far away from that hellfire on earth. I love your analysis. Can you do same comparison with house rent in western world ? This will give a balance view. |

lovelysofa: Are your kids currently with you or not or are they in foster care?
Can you summarise the issue you had with your kids and what's the current status? E.g. were you taken to court, etc. one my kids went out to his friends place without my knowledge
Are both parents involved in the issue with current services or is there a likelihood one parent may be seen as a protective factor? They are currently in foster care and we don’t have access to them. One of them sneaked out of the house to his friend’s place without the knowledge of my wife . It was from his friend’s place that he told them we used to beat him with TV cable which is not true. They informed the social worker and we got arrested. Then my employer was informed and I was disengaged me and my COS was cancelled. Currently we are in court. Both parents are involved. |

Good evening everyone.
Please I need urgent legal advice and an immigration lawyer who can help my current situation. I had an issue with social workers for over three months now. My employer cancelled my COS because of the issue with social worker which has to do with my kids.
Today, I received a letter from Home office asking me to leave as I do not currently have a visa.
It has been challenging and difficult for me for the past 4months.
Please treat with urgency
Thank you |

This action is condemnable, no one deserves to be treated like this. Hon. Taiwo Fatiregun was immediate past chairman of Oriade Local govt in Ijebu Jesa. He defected to ADP this week in solidarity to his principal Alhaji Adeoti |

White007: Ah Taiwo Fatiregun !! When did this dude joined politics, he was a very big cocoa merchant in ondo state (idanre) with his twin brother kehinde in the early to mid 90's and they where doing quite well. Never knew he has ventured into politics. May God see you through. You really know him very well. In fact politic has destroyed the family, he belongs to Apc while his brother PDP. He used to belong to Apc until this week when he defected to ADP. He defected in order to show his loyalty with Adeoti. |

justwise: 1. Nobody here can honestly tell you that even the ECO can't until you made your application and wait for the outcome
2. Yes that will call for some questions if you did not explain where the money come from and back that up with paper evidence.
3. Yes you have to.
4. Yes again you have to submit his own bank statement.
Since the application is next year and both of you earn more than half a million a month why not start leaving your salaries in your salary account to avoid moving money around for visa application? Thank you. On your suggestion, we are planning to apply for the visa now in November and travel in March next year. Aside, coop is the only way I can save money otherwise, I will spend the money. You know it is difficult to have a saving in Nigeria. |

Good evening. Am planning to travel with my husband next year. I earn 400k monthly while my husband earn 173k monthly. We have 3kids though not going with them. No traveling history. I have some of my money in cooperative, so am planning to take out 1m from coop to my account for the trip. Below are my question.
1. What is our chance of getting Visa 2. Will that be any query if they notice an in flow of 1m from cooperative to my account. 3. Do I need to get my cooperative statement account to support my claim 4.do I need to submit my husband statement.
I will appreciate if someone can help me with above questions.
Thank you |
