It beats me hollow that you guys did not follow the thread. We re 1500 youths waiting for d scholarship, talk bold on this thread but fearful to take a walk to nddc to find out d reason for d delay. Every other person is too biz for d visit. Cowards die many times before their death. I regreted going to that office today, I pray it won't b late when you finally wake. As a person I don't believe in going to nddc for inquiry on this subject as am not expecting a different response from what we have been told in the past. Hiowever, since it is what the house decided on, I will be available for the visit to NDDC tomorow being monday.But we ve to be sure that monday is a visiting day. I came in to PH yesterday,guy those of you in PH, Aba and Owerri ps join us. There is nothing to be afraid of, we re not going there for trouble.

I suggest you guys should use the media to question Nddc on the status of the scholarship instead of judging yourselves for no good reason.
for the jealous folks on this thread, is it a bad thing to know somebody working at Nddc? when someone updates us with information we always criticise and judge the person as a candidate of nepotism. honestly if I knew the MD of Nddc, I would not waste my time exchanging information with some ungrateful scallywags on this thread. its better you hide this moronic jealous character you have grown up with before you disgrace Nddc abroad just incade you end up getting the scholarship.

All we needed from nddc at the time and even now is sponsorship letter which is recognized by the embassy or high commission.Besides they have a running contract with some of these foreign universities.

Even from inception ( 2010) , nddc only made payment directly to the school at their time. It is wrong for anyone to make case for nddc stating lack of money early this year.

My people, I have followed this tread for some few weeks now.You have all tried, but we have not done enough to force the hand of the MD to give his asset to the list.All I see is friendly conversation.

Until we step out of this forum, the world will not hear us.Some of us have suggested this in the past, but no encouragement. I have written to NDDC on this, no reply.I decided to send a mail to Linda Ikeji, I hope she publish.

I will suggest if you have a way of getting to AIT, channel news and the print media, it will help our course. But it will be better if we can stage a peaceful protest on Wednesday next week.We can use the holiday period to fine tune this protest. We are about 1500 youths invited for the orals.It will be impossible to get everyone involve; we can tell our friends to join us.100 or more people won't be a bad idea.Within 30 minutes we are done and we leave the rest to the media.Remember from the time of John the baptist till now, the kingdom of God allows violence, only the violet can take it by force.We will be peace though.

Some mentioned 2010 scholars getting it by November, theirs was one of the fastest, in that the advert for application was published in August and they got the award November the same year.This delay is unusual, let us step out of our comfort zone and do something. I believe in you, let us fight this course,we are Niger Deltans and it is our right.
