Atiku cannot Travel to America without the presence of a Diplomatic Passport Holder who enjoys immunity.

In 2019, he also traveled to Washington DC and stayed at Trump's Hotel in a failed PR attempt. It was later revealed that he travelled as an Aide to Saraki who was then Senate President and had him covered based on his diplomatic status.
