Good morning, I actually didn't want to reply this person because of the kind of person he is. He lies a lot and curse

The cap he uploaded wasn't the cap that was delivered to him (he lied there). When we finished making his cap, we told him that that particular pattern isn't available (which we ought to have told him earlier but due to the December rush of many orders we couldn't). And he said he preferred another one we showed him. So we delivered two separate caps for him to make his choices and the one he uploaded wasn't the one he chose.

On the delivery issue, our initial agreement was to waybill to Sango or he would come pickup by himself ,but on the day of delivery he changed delivery location to Fagba. There is no delivery agent that will deliver an item from ikorodu to Fagba for 1.5k let alone Aboru ipaja that was later delivered to..
