it should be der...go download screening form again...the second page is the student's information form (SIF)

Submission of student file at d faculty office is d climax of registration processes, u cant submit until u av done ur course reg. Still hold on to it for d main time

wow...she wuld ave changed her course..thousands of students pick unilag as first choice..so wen u dnt attain the cut off mark..they dont throw u into another course..cause the amount of student even trying to gain admission for d course is way too much...unless..u change ur course..that's only wen u can be considered.. but if d u know some1 like the admission officer...Everything is possible
