First name & middle name? May I ask why? I have no experience with this, but I'll like to think a sworn affidavit should be your first step. Nothing is impossible.

I currently did a change of name and I would love to apply to study abroad would that’s affect my traveling since most of my documents if not all my documents bears the old name ... I changed my middle name and first name ... I want to know if this would be an issue for me with the embassy and all .. if you have had this Experience I would love to know thanks..
