Spy drones with latest detective radar capability should be deployed in our airspace to monitor the unlicensed operations of witchcraft... Nigeria is losing lotta revenue from their activities.

How do we quantify it economically where Dangote pays a lot of taxes and revenue for his private jets to government and someone, somewhere jets off to wherever he/ she wants without the corresponding taxation.
