My form A which I applied for since Dec 2022 , after 2 and half months , I got a rejection because I used my dad’s account instead of my account. I didn’t know I was supposed to use my own account. Please what can I do now? I can’t start afresh to be on the queue for another 2.5 months as there’s no more time.

i applied for an emergency appointment. 24th march would make it 1 month, i havent heard anything from them. called and emailed them severally, all the customer care says is that its not in their hands, that i have to wait for the decision. its totally absurd. my program is starting on 11th april
