SpencerForbes: If you want assets that are constantly growing and rarely drop in value, the answer is simple: Land or Gold.
I call them generational wealth builders . Just look at the math: a plot bought for ₦1 million three years ago will surely not sell for less than ₦2 million or ₦3 million now. That’s the kind of appreciation you want. Not entirely true sir. Some land do depreciate and there's nothing you can do about it. Always do your findings well before buying |

Thomasankara: bros joke apart they are highly populated, have been to all the local governments, have you been to their forest Yes sir! My work have taken me almost all over. Let's take Taraba state for example, from one LGA to another takes hours. In fact let's move from Jalingo to LGAs, the closest you get is an hour drive or so. From Jalingo → Gembu which is Sardauna LGA on the Mambilla Plateau 7 hours. All you see is bush and short trees with one or two hut 🛖 in-between. And that's what they call a village. Imagine 10-15 huts making a village. Those of us from the south, how's our village like? Even in your community, you mean to tell me it's just 5 houses ? Common na 😂 |

Ttalk: If they don't have the population doesn't mean they won't have the population, even with no population, they have highest number of LG, highest number of state and collect the highest allocation.
What if the now have the real population in 20 years time.
I've lived in the north the way they marry and give birth is genuinely scary, if you add it to their early marriage you will know that the population explosion thst will hit this country will create more chaos than what insecurity is presently causing Their lands are big, no doubt. The north understands politics on time and are way ahead of the south. Go to their LGA and see nothing is happening there. They're just collecting allocations and sharing. There are places in the north that don't even have a telephone network, no light, no roads and they still live in stone age. And yet they call it a LG They don't even come out for census, they just give you figures The average childbirth by a northern woman is between 5-6, while southern woman is between 3-4. So, forget whatever the media is telling you |

The disproportionate in ideology, believe, religion, way of life are too obvious to think we can grow being a united country.
If we continue this way, in 20 years it will be only the north that will have the population to win presidential election in Nigeria. The way those guys marry and give birth is scary. The highest contribution of the north apart from insecurity is procreation.
However the Southern leaders need to do more, the people should begin to ask them what they are doing with security votes, the increased in allocation, it is not enough to hide under bad Nigeria to become lazy. The people of Ogun state should call Dapo Abiodun to fix roads across his state. The Sango Ota axis is an eyesore. Sir I've been to all the northern states, they don't have population as they claim. The states with highest population in north are Kano, Kaduna and most of the population there are people from the south that migrated there. In all mothers states, the population comes from sabon giri. You can go and do your findings. Just like Abuja, the gbagyi people are almost nowhere. People from the south have taken over the land of Abuja |

Kobojunkie: Whether OP is broke or simply very stingy, the fact from that post is that he could not afford the girl, and she had to leave him so she could find herself a man who can. Simple!
2. Men do not fulfill a woman's dreams. Matter of fact, a woman who has a man in her life risks losing out on achieving her dreams and aspirations in life. So, no, she was not looking for a man to fulfill her dreams, more of a man to take care of at least some of her needs in exchange for the energy she brings to the relationship to benefit him. Did you read where Reg asked Ned "What have you done for me?" That's my summary to everything you wrote there |

Work on getting a woman you can afford, or better still, put all of your energy into building your financial capacity and strength so you don't run up against the same issue again. Did the op tell you he's broke? You should have advised the girl to get a job for herself. It's obvious she's broke and from a poor background. Looking for a man to fulfill her dream lifestyle. This mentality is disgusting and sickening. |

Those boko boys and their friends no hard wipe out within a month, but the complexity and leaking out of information is just too much. It's not normal for you to see soldiers guiding properties of ex military heads that's what I am saying. A whole lot of things we have taken as normal is actually abnormal. Take for example soldiers beating up a civilian. You don't dare try it in a sane setting. You don't even get to see soldiers on the streets with their uniforms. That was the way it was before the military came and destroyed everything. But it's normal for security personnel to guide ex governor and big politicians. Right? |

themanderon: Hi
You speak ignorantly because you don't know the function of soldiers in a civilian setting. So a uniformed man can act against the constitution because he is in uniform? Is that what you are saying? Those soldiers aren't meant to be there in the first place if our nation was a functioning one. Your minister would have used the appropriate authorities to address the issue rather than confront. Rather, he went there to flex his powers 😂 If you understand how chain of command works in the military, you won't be saying this. Mind you, the officers weren't there illegally The Ministry of Defence (via the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle) says the officer did not breach military law, and that Wike should have gone via proper channels rather than confront the officer directly. Wike is overdoing it. How will you just start demolishing people's properties. Na so ? His boys had issues just last year around sabon Lugbe with a serving Major General His boys went there to stop the demolition and seized 3 Hilux belonging to FCDA and blew out the tyres of the caterpillar. |

ElSudani: In a billion times yet you don't get the simple logic that a retired officer cannot give orders to serving officers especially in cases involving the government. Is it part of your highly classified information about how the military works that a retired officer will command a serving junior officer to defy the government? Isn't that treason? He only takes daily working instructions from the retired General for the purpose of security and protocol, not official command. He is the CSO to the Retired Admiral, his job is to coordinate security, protect, and assist the retired General. Wike called the CDS, didn't you see that in the video? But wike still left after the phone call. These are not classified information. You're telling me about classified information when in in the system Wike should have followed due process to save himself this embarrassment. He has no power to command the least of military personnel. Only the president as a civilian has that power because he's the Commander In Chief |
