I got this new nexus freezer Nx160hce on about 4 days ago , and I noticed that the freezer freezes at the top to the middle part while the lower part is cold but not freeze yet , although it haven’t run for over 6 hours straight due to the power supply . It is still going to freeze to the lower part as time past or I should return it

There's a regulator by the side of the freezer where you have the lights, put it in-between 3&4 or 4

That's when both the top and down will start freezing at the same time
