As a graduate student, I think you need either GMAT or GRE to apply for graduate programs (M.sc) at American Universities depending on which program you are pursuing, and a TOEFL too.
Just do a normal search on the universities website and find out what requirement they need for your preferred Major, coz whether MCF or NO MCF, all incoming applicants are evaluated for admission via same criteria.

You Cousin needs SAT and/or TOEFL to apply to all American Universities and None of the above to apply to Canadian Universities.
