most of the guys who come on threads like this to make noise about not using BBs are loosers who can't afford BBs. (the most annoying ones are the techno users ). i'm sure some of them could not get with some girls because those girls preferred guys who use or can afford BBs

Tecno is a small-time player, making cheap phones for the less discerning folks. Imagine you folks creating a topic about playing 'HD' games on a Tecno n3 that runs like crap compared to any of the Nokia lumia series. You get what you pay for, though.
Techno has no chance of being any of the big names in mobile anytime soon. They'll sell to the ultra cheap market, but the margins there are pretty small and no western company has any desire to join them in the ultra-low end battle.

Please NEVER compare Xiaomi to Techno. Xiaomi makes quality hardware with excellent build quality and top notch specs..well out of Techno's range.




Shows how little you know. HTC is in serious trouble, struggling to cope with Samsung. Their profits are dropping seriously and their fans are deserting them.
If you ever mention that HTC is making an iOS device (or licensing iOS), I will find you and beat you over the head with a cudgel.

cyrexx: Me too I wonder o. It will be funny if it's true. How can they accept such a money in order to limit themselves to just one smartphone os that has less than 5% global usage. When they could make that money themselves by selling androids that millions upon millions of people are willing to buy. That is foolishness. If they had gone android from the start, I am sure they will be where Samsung is today in global sales.
Furthermore, Samsung, LG, HTC, Huawei and all other android manufacturers also had windows phones. Nokia is indeed foolish to limit itself to just windows. I won't be surprised if Samsung or HTC outsell nokia in terms of windows phone, since they are not as foolish. In fact, tecno is on its way to displace nokia as a choice smartphone brand among the Nigerian youths. Just look at the sales records of tecno N3, for instance.

Bawss1: You are a fan of Android, good for you but not everyone would like to use that OS so Windows Phone 8 is an excellent alternative for such folks. Nokia has certainly upped its game, their decision to go the Windows Phone route has seen the company turn some profit, go look up their recent financial standings.

The Lumia 920 weighs 185g maybe that's too heavy for you but consider that this L520 weighs 124g which is lighter than your Techno N7 which is 152g

Can see we are still fighting the good fight against those telecoms operators. More grease to your elbows. But to add a little to the topic especially on the Airtel issue here in Yola, their network is not that bad. Honestly speaking, if i was to rate them against Glo, i will pick Airtel hands down. Since i changed from Glo to Airtel for my BIS subscription, my Blackberry is constantly on full 3G and i stream You tube videos on my phone. When browsing on my modem (Night Plan 3GB N2500), i lock the signal to 3G only and the speed just takes off. My downloading rate is a steady 200KB+ on Internet Download Manager and yea that is in Yola. One thing i have learnt about the Telecoms operators is the lack of consistency in their operations. You can be in location A with a BTS that's full of users chocking up the network while just across the road in location C there's hardly any traffic on it. Both MTN, Glo, Airtel & Etisalat give you incredible speeds at one location and then totally mess it up in the next. So, please let's try and keep the providers on their toes by offering us better quality service and increasing the bandwidth size on their plans.

luluosas: My friend, if na that one, you are not alone. My line on G-BAM since 2011 have never gotten a dime from Glo for once. My main line I just registered have never also not been given the free 5MB data bonus since I join. So, who will be held responsible for the missing daily bonus?
