infinix is a new brand in nigeria..they offer cheaper android with cool spec..even cheaper dan the techno brand...jst google infinix mobile

aze: India will be the destination for high specs Android smartphones running the latest Google Android OS v4.1 (Jelly Bean). Micromax currently holds the ace as the foremost local manufacturer with the fast selling Micromax Canvas HD. But one thing, CHINESE manufacturers are releasing high specs Android phones with all having Quad Core processors and some 2GB Ram along with 16gb storage.

India is going to be hot and there MIGHT BE A SPILL OVER EFFECT INTO NIGERIA. So lets be patient with TECNO for now let them up their game or feel the pressure by May or July at most when itr might be too late for them. Ginoee may rearrange their market entry strategy all over. Don't forget Online retailers like Infinix on Jumia and others that are coming on board via Importers.

TECNO still have short weeks to up the ante or become irrelevant in the Naija market.

Kamaye: You may be right but you should know that samsung, Nokia, LG, Sony or HTC phones are made from high quality materials or hardware but we all know that tecno phones are made from sub-standard materials. in other words you can use a samsung or HTC phone for over 5yrs and it will still be in good condition.

If a company like Samsung made this phone with a price above 30k Believe me there won't be any arguement What So ever. So just stop the complaints and go for other phones Which matches the price.

I get what everyone is saying about the price of the phone being too high relative to the N3, and i agree with them to a degree. The thing is i'm not a user of the N7.........not just yet, and I'm not buying it anytime soon, not when it is N29,500. I'm gonna wait for them to either reduce the price a lil' and leave the RAM the way it is, or increase the RAM and leave it at N29,500. I don't give a damn about it having gingerbread or jellybean. And when i said 'reduce the price', i don't expect it to go less that N26k at most. It's not that it should go as low as N23k as someone suggested, or N18k as some greedy folks mentioned.
