Sorry bro i suffered from these same shit some years back and i know exactly how u're feeling.but let me give a very simple and effective clue on how 2 deal with it.(1)stop using antiseptic or medicated product on ur face cause it will only trigger the acne to come out more since most of us has a very sensitive and delicate skin and will always react adversly to products like these.instead used mild product like white premier soap or olive soap for bath and do not apply any cream on ur body and face for a couple of days.(2)have regular excercise atleast 3 times a week so as to open the spours on ur skin(3)drink plenti of water on daily basis so as to cleans ur system.always be clean and avoid touching,squeezing it as that will only make ur face and other part of ur body that is affected 2 swell more and more.(4)avoid eating oily and sugary foods.(5)keep away from sexual intercouse for a while.lastly acne becomes less severe as u're growing up into ur adulthood.these few tips will definately work for you.call me or text me with these number for more clue 08096331989 kemi is my name.
