If what is written is the true power, then you have a Max power of 3600W and a running power of 3200W. It should be able to power your water pump. I don't know if you can look up the power of your pump in watts, its usually written somewhere on the body. Pumps usually require twice to thrice their rated power for startup.

What's the power rating of the gen? So many wrong info online. Or just snap the gen with the inscription on it. You can also check the manual for the specs.
You cannot use just the engine size to determine kva. Two gen sets from same manufacturer can have same engine size but difference kva because of different coil size.

100cc = about 3hp for gen sets so 212cc should be around 6hp.

As for kva, you cannot convert cc to kva. It is not allowed. If you try it you will cough blood and die so please don't.
