Question number one, there are rich people in from the south east who prefer to invest outside south east, the question is these Rich people you talk about where did they make their money? Did they make their money in south east and take the money they made in the south east to invest outside of south east?


If you come to Enugu you will see alot of estates that have been completed developed and sold out completely just in a short period of 2 yrs these estates are privately owned estates and lands and properties in these estates are very expensive yet sold out, same thing is happening in Anambra, imo ebonyi and Abia , question is real estate not business? Do you know the profit real estate owners and agents are making in the south east? The people who are hired to build these estates are from the south east,do you know how much they make?


Why is real estate business not profitable in oyo , Ogun Ondo ekiti osun, like it is in south east? Which private investment do indigenes in these states have in their states ?



One thing is certain investment is coming into south east and not leaving south east, cause I don't know any Rich igbo man who made it big in south east and took the money he made in south east and moved to moved to other region , every igbo man who has investment outside south east definitely did not make the money in south east

Land is more expensive in South East compared to other regions. Fact

60% of the land have been acquired by the Igbo's billionaires without having intentions of using it or to sell. They only want to add it to family glory.

20% of the land are family heritage which must be preserved..

Igbo's should look into that and see if there won't be changes in developing their region even if they are not relocating permanently

In Igbo land, it is more common to hear utara akpu for pounded cassava meal, utara ji for pounded yam meal, and utara ede for pounded cocoyam meal, but there's almost no such term as utara garri .

I know of garri Ijebu
I also know that the people of Delta and Edo states are known for garri production.

In my hometown, garri frying is not common.
My people prefer to turn their cassava to akpu.
I also know the people of Enugu reserve most part of their cassava produce for abacha

Soludo is more focused on developing awka , the money he is spending to develop awka if that money was spent to transform Onitsha the economic hub of Anambra, I believe by now Anambras revenue from Onitsha alone could have doubled
