Flag and Coat of Arms Act (1960), Section 7

> Section 7(1) – "Any person who flies or exhibits the National Flag, or any flag made to resemble the National Flag, in contravention of any regulation made under this Act, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and imprisonment."

Unauthorized use of the flag with the coat of arms (which is reserved for the President) can lead to:

A fine (amount not specified in the Act),

Imprisonment for up to 6 months, or

Both fine and imprisonment.

Only the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is legally permitted to use the national flag with the coat of arms superimposed on it.

Other individuals, institutions, or organizations must not use it, even for decoration, unless specifically authorized by regulation.

Two wrongs do not make a right.
It is only the president who is allowed to use the Nigerian flag with the coat of arm on it.
Both Obi and Sanwo Olu are wrong to use the flag with a coat of arm on it.

Recently, my sister asked me what language is eba?
I thought about the question for some seconds and answered I think it's Yoruba language.
Then, she asked again what then is the Igbo name for eba?
I paused, gave it some thoughts, then answered utara. (You'd relate if you grew up in the southwest)
Then it occurred to me that in most part of Igbo land, garri is not that common.
In Igbo land, it is more common to hear utara akpu for pounded cassava meal, utara ji for pounded yam meal, and utara ede for pounded cocoyam meal, but there's almost no such term as utara garri .

So, it got me wondering....

Where did garri originate from?
What region created it first?
Who knows the history of this wonderful staple that has been saving the lives of Nigerians since time immemorial?
Who can trace its history?
I know of garri Ijebu
I also know that the people of Delta and Edo states are known for garri production.

In my hometown, garri frying is not common.
My people prefer to turn their cassava to akpu.
I also know the people of Enugu reserve most part of their cassava produce for abacha

Soludo is more focused on developing awka , the money he is spending to develop awka if that money was spent to transform Onitsha the economic hub of Anambra, I believe by now Anambras revenue from Onitsha alone could have doubled

Actually it was the Enugu state house Ojukwu fled dressed as a Woman after FG captured Enugu
The FG Soldiers let the women go out of the State house premises without searching or arresting them
because they were trying to avoid unnecessary casualties

It is a big miistake that needs to be studied closely
because Ojukwu’s capture then would have ended the war in 4 months and millions of people would have been saved

Whether Ojukwu tied Gele and tied Wrapper to escape the State house premises , we don’t know
