Every institution operate based on a set of rules and laws. The law must take its course.
Since the case is already with the judiciary, you cant force the executive arm of government to hand twist the judiciary into freeing a suspect.

Let the court determine if he is guilty or guilty.
You don't have to fear and jump into conclusion that he will be convicted.
