Sounds good. I'll love to visit Benin Republic and other neighboring African countries someday. It's the stress and unpredictable nature of the border crossing that puts me off.

I don't spend up to that amount if I want to go shortcut. If you see dirt it's within the border and mainly the Nigerian side, once you cross over the way the environment will change in your eyes you'll understand you're no longer in Nigeria, if it's at night you'll be looking at very dark Nigeria side while everywhere is light up at Benin side down to the villages and cities 24hrs.
