Are people not aware of the terrible security situation in the east especially in Abia and Imo state. The spate of kidnappings at Aba and I'm is becoming worrisome. I rarely see any emphasis on this issue. |
Even after the death of osisikankwu, Kidnapping is still at its peak. |
It's a sad situation, the rate of Kidnapping is outrageous. Residents are cautious of what they wear, what they drive. The security situation is better imagined than experienced. |
I don't know why the media is quite about the insecurity in Aba. Aba is the most insecure place to live in the east. It's so bad Keke passengers are kidnapped. People go about their businesses with fear. The state governor and commissioner of police have to wake up to their responsibilities, Aba is a crime haven. |
Hello guys, how to you purchase these phones online? A step by step guide would be appreciated. |
OK, does anyone have a way around this? I need to purchase a phone online. |
OK, thanks |
Hello, please could anyone help with a process of buying a phone above the $100 monthly limit online |
It's really unfortunate that the previous generation has failed us. Thieves without a conscience. I can only wonder what our generation would achieve with such loose values. |
Well articulated! Truth is Nigerians need to know the negative impact of the previous administration or they will keep blaming the present one for under performing. |
Kindly view below Who knows the fabric and where to get it? Thanks.
|
This is really crazy, these guys r ripping us off. The over 100naira difference is just too much. |
Please does anyone know of a bank that allows an exchange rate of 197naira to a dollar using ur naira mastercard? |
How come no one has mentioned the LG V10, the fone is very cool. |
Why are Nigerian youths so sentimental? Price of fuel was reduced from 97naira to 87 naira with billions in subsidy and u compare that to reduction from 87 naira to 86/85naira without subsidy. If the so called leaders of tomorrow r on nairaland then the future is far from bright. |
Both have been changed! |
@Gazzuzz, its a 2007 Toyota Avalon. |
@Gazzuzz, Thanks but how do I get an Indian axle? @bravolad, yea its "Belgium" and it happens during acceleration. |
I one day noticed my vehicle started vibrating btw 20 and 40kmph, i have changed the shaft (axle), it shopped shaking for abt a week and then started again. i have also changed the engine mounts. Tires are brand new, rims are OK. Has anyone experienced this problem? Kindly share how it was solved. |
One thing i have observed in Nigeria's political sphere is the sentiments attached by the populace to the eloquence or strong command of english language by politicians. Once a politician tows this line, he is approved by majority of the teaming youths. This unfortunately is an ugly trend as we keep falling for such sentiments, yes oratory is good but beyond that we should look at substance, we should be able to detect intelligence, capability and focus from those words and not just applaud the combination of those words even though sometimes they dont make sense. The future and the power to influence its outcome has been handed to us by virtue of social media. Lets use it wisely!!! |
K, thanks |
Am hoping to spend my upcoming vacation in a cool resort in lagos, possibly with boat rides and beautiful scenery. Any ideas? |
Fogman can you show me one that has been done for a toyota avalon 2007 model? and the price all inclusive. |
vislabraye:While i agree with your logic, the essence of supporting Buhari is not necessarily because he is a better alternative, but to show Nigerians that there is power in their vote and if he man at the helm of affairs is not doing well, he can be voted out. This will consequently make political parties carry out activities that will improve the lives of the people cos if they dont, they would be voted out. |
Without sentiments or ethnic bias, I feel Goodluck is bad for Nigeria with the following reasons: 1. Goodluck is not charismatic imagine saying MEND was not behind the infamous October 1 bomb blast only for MEND to accept responsibility, 2. The first policy Goodluck attempted to propose after assumption of office was a seven year Single tenure, 3. Goodluck does not understand the power that comes with commander in chief (he doesnt report to anybody) little wonder why he cant conquer Boko Haram, 4. Goodluck encourages corruption, he hasnt imprisoned any corrupt official not even his opponents instead he has granted presidential pardon to convicted criminals. 5. Goodluck is neither a leader nor a dictator, he is completely a politician, imagine his wife becoming the permanent secretary of a state ministry, his wife dipping her hands into state politics causing political unrest in the south. 6. Imagine a government that organises a recruitment where over 500,000 Nigerians are to be tested in one day, that is after collecting 1000 Naira each without refunding. 7. Nigeria's Foreign reserve has depleted under Goodlucks administration even before the crash of oil price and then you ask the question, what is the government doing with all that money if it cant impact the average Nigerian. 8. After six years, there has been not improvement in electricity generation and I dont mean hitting 4500mega watts and coming back to around 2mega watts. 9. Goodluck increased fuel price from 65 naira in the previous administration to 97 naira and now to 87 naira. Until recently majority of oil marketers were selling way above the pump price of 97 naira - No enforcement 10. Goodluck is not proactive, if he had started something big in diversifying the economy, the impact of this oil price crash wouldnt be so much. Goodluck should step down, he has spent six years as President with almost nothing to show for it and he is acting for more ![]() ![]() The reason I want Buhari to win is for Nigerians to understand the power of their votes, if a president doesnt perform, he can be voted out. |
The federal govt cudnt even maintain the pump price of #97 as I bought fuel today at #110 and they talking of #87. Apparently we wud expect very long queues at NNPC mega filling tations nation wide. |
The problem we have as NIGERIANS is most of us are not logical on choosing a president, we apply tribal, religious, and personal gains. This has not and will not help us. Ee should look at credentials and not necessarily manifesto in choosing the right president. Nigeria is in a lot of mess now and we someone who has the mien to move us to where we are supposed to be. |
Thanks guys, but the thing is I did the wheel balancing and alignment thrice with the same people before I posted on NL. Although am considering doing the wheel balancing/alignment with new techs but I need referal from a gud mech. |
@Leopantro, Thanks will probably contact him @DECOtech, I noticed that when am at 120km/h to 140km/h, the vehicle begins to vibrate noticeably. |
Anyone with the contacts of a very reliable toyota mechanic in owerri should pass it on to me. Wud really appreciate. |
Yes GEJ, Buhari, Tambuwal, Okorocha et al are all good but why should we vote for them? What have they been able to achieve in their various capacities in time past? Its not enough to vote for an individual cos of gut feeling. There should be achievements we can substantiate. |
busterr:Anyone is no one! |
